Amber Heard Is Now Claiming Johnny Depp Threatened To 'Kill Her' And Destroyed Her $3 Million Penthouse Closet!

Not just that, she also referred to Johnny as 'the monster' multiple times and added he doesn't remember the 'abuse' because 'he was drunk.'

Amber Heard has broken her silence and has replied to the $50 million defamation suit Johnny Depp filed against her a few weeks back. Not only has she denied all of Depp's allegations, but she has also opened up about something new. The 32-year-old Aquaman star is now claiming that her ex-husband 'threatened to kill her' and physically abused her on several occasions. She has also added that during one of their fights, Johnny lost his cool and destroyed her $3 million Penthouse closet in downtown, Los Angeles. According to her, this was only one month after their wedding.

"After becoming enraged, he began to destroy personal property all over the house, including my belongings in my closet," read Heard’s statement as reported by Page Six. "My sister Whitney was there, so when Johnny lunged to hit me, Whitney placed herself between us. Johnny turned his attention to Whitney, who was standing on the top of a flight of stairs and moved on her. Acting in defense of my sister, as I was scared for her physical safety, I punched Johnny in the face to draw his attention away from her. That was the only time I ever hit Johnny. At that point, house security intervened and separated us."

Amber says Depp threatened to kill her once as well but he must have forgotten it due to his drinking habits. "I'll f-ing kill you, you hear me?" he grabbed her by her hair and slapped her, according to Heard. "Johnny often would not remember his delusional and violent conduct after he came out of his drunk or medicated states...Because I loved Johnny, I had believed his multiple promises that he could and would get better. I was wrong," she added.

Images of the alleged 'destroyed closet' have gone viral on the internet and Heard has urged the court to dismiss the lawsuit Depp filed against her. In his lawsuit, The 55-year-old actor claimed that when Amber filed a suit in 2016, it was nothing but an elaborated hoax and instead of him abusing her, Amber Heard, who has a history of domestically assaulting her partner, was the predator in the relationship and hit Johnny on several occasions.

Pictures of Johnny Depp with a big bruise under his eye and a gruesome picture of his severed finger have also surfaced which reportedly back the claims made by Depp. According to The Blast, the lawsuit states, “Ms. Heard purported to write from the perspective of ‘a public figure representing domestic abuse’ and claimed that she ‘felt the full force of our culture’s wrath for women who speak out’ when she ‘spoke up against sexual violence.'” It also calls Amber a 'perpetrator' and not 'a victim.'

After only two years of their marriage, Heard filed for a divorce claiming that Depp is abusive and a wife beater who has hit her multiple times and once 'grabbed her by her hair' and 'threw a phone in her face'. Not just that, she also filed for a restraining order against him which left a huge spot on Johnny's image in the industry. Depp was kicked out of Disney's famous Pirates of the Carribean franchise and many people saw him as a 'wife beater.'

His lawsuit claims further that Amber Heard made everything up to emerge as a victim in the #MeToo era and gain herself some "positive publicity" and "advance her career". It also adds that Amber's claims were never proven and were “conclusively refuted by two separate responding police officers, a litany of neutral third-party witnesses, and 87 newly obtained surveillance camera videos.” The actor, in his lawsuit, also alleges that Amber had an affair with Tesla founder Elon Musk  "no later than one month after" she and Depp tied the knot.

In the latest report that includes a surveillance video, Amber's sister Whitney Heard can be seen punching her in the face and then all of them, including Amber's best friend Pennington, laughed. “Ms. Heard also knew that her elaborate hoax worked: as a result of her false allegations against Mr. Depp, Ms. Heard became a darling of the #MeToo movement, was the first actress named a Human Rights Champion of the United Nations Human Rights Office, was appointed ambassador on women’s rights at the American Civil Liberties Union and was hired by L’Oreal Paris as its global spokesperson," Depp's attorney said. Heard, however, is still standing by the claims she made years ago and denying ever abusing Depp. Whose side are you on?
