It's Official: 'American Horror Story: Apocalypse' Is Finally Coming To Netflix Next Month

Following the release of new season, 'American Horror Story Apocalypse' will be finally added to the streaming site.

Are you one of those who were desperately waiting for Netflix to add American Horror Story season 8 to its collection? Well, your wish has been granted. The season revolving around the end of the world, premiered last year in September on Fx serving as a crossover between two of American Horror Story's best seasons - Coven and Murder House.

The season directed by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk starred all our favorites INCLUDING Jessica Lange plus Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Evan Peters, Adina Porter, Emma Roberts, Cheyenne Jackson, Billy Eichner, Leslie Grossman, Billie Lourd, Jessica Lange, Taissa Farmiga, Gabourey Sidibe, Lily Rabe, Frances Conroy, Stevie Nicks, Connie Britton, Dylan McDermott, Erika Ervin, Naomi Grossman, Mena Suvari, Lance Reddick, Jamie Brewer, Angela Bassett, and the devil himself - Cody Fern.

Cody made his AHS debut with Apocalypse and his performance was loved by the audience. In fact, season 8 bagged some serious compliments from the critics and even though fans were not THAT impressed, they certainly called the season an 'improvement' after Roanoke and Cult. In case you haven't watched it already, as the name suggests, Apocalypse is all about the end of the days and the fight between, um, you should watch and find out. AHS: Apocalypse comes to Netflix on September 24, as reported by BloodyDisgusting.

The world may or may not have ended in season 8 but Ryan Murphy is not done with the horror anthology yet. In fact, he is taking the show back to its horror roots! American Horror Story: 1984, the upcoming slasher season is set to release on September 16. It may not have the best cast but the plot certainly seems the most interesting one so far! After some not-so-brilliant seasons, with 1984, Ryan Murphy is promising to deliver fans a power-packed gory season.

Starring Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Cody Fern, Leslie Grossman, as well as newcomers Matthew Morrison, DeRon Horton, Zach Villa, Angelica Ross, and Ken Gusworthy, American Horror Story: 1984 looks a LOT like Friday the 13th, and hell, fans of horror are not complaining! The slasher franchise is stuck in an endless lawsuit battle anyway!

A series of teasers have been released by Murphy to get us all stoked as if we are not excited already. The recent one takes us further into Camp Redwood, which looks just like Camp Crystal Lake and shows us the fate of the nerdy looking nice guy. If you have watched enough slasher movies, you already know what we are hinting at. Jason, is that you?

I mean, when Murphy uploaded the first-ever teaser of 1984 on his Instagram, we could catch the Voorhees vibes but these trailers look like a parody of the iconic movie. In another one, the clip begins with a funky 80s beat playing in the background and a group of people going around in a vintage ride, yelling "Camp Redwood!" at the sign of the camp and suddenly the music fades and we see a masked guy clinging to the back of the car.

The focus shifts and we see the group of people having fun by the lake and a girl chilling in a bikini on a canoe...you know what happens when you do that right? Of course, you do. The killer appears from under the water and slashes the girl.  “Welcome to Camp Redwood. Good luck leaving alive.” Just to put it out there, none of the confirmed cast members have appeared in any teasers of the show so far, except the one which was released by Murphy on his Instagram to announce the cast. Will you be watching the slasher season?
