They say 'you only get one chance to make a first impression'. And boy, did he make a complete mess out of it!
Tinder bios can be tricky. You can always go wrong when the bio doesn't hit the right spot. When you are on Tinder, there are two things that are of utmost importance -- display pictures and the bios.
However, a single bodybuilder has come under immense fire for his profile. They say 'you only get one chance to make a first impression'. And boy, did he make a complete mess out of it, reports LadBible!
The bodybuilder's dating profile has been termed 'racist' and 'misogynistic' after it was put up on social media. The man, whose name has been blurred out for privacy reasons, was slammed by social media users after his profile was shared by a person named Zoe from Essex.
Zoe was on Tinder but she was really taken aback by the kind of men who were found on the dating app. And one among them was the bodybuilder. "I thought I'd give Tinder a go but honestly, it's fully put me off dating."
Her post went viral since last week and has been liked by more than 26,000 people, receiving more than 2,500 retweets.
But what did he possibly do wrong? Why is he getting slammed when there are countless Tinder bios with bizarre and crass statements. Well, for starters, the 27-year-old man can be seen in a pretty revealing picture, posing in a full-length mirror, with his top off and his tracksuit bottoms around his ankles.
However, it is not his display picture that got him into trouble. It is his bio that has really annoyed the people. In it, he states: "I have 3 rules.. Rule 1, I don't want to be step dad so no kids unless u have just one, I want my OWN thanks (sic).
"Rules 2, if you date black boys or think about it don't even text me (sic)."
"Rule 3, I don't want a time waster or someone who is a bum .. go make your own money u lazy f***s (sic)"
But sadly, there weren't many who appreciated his bizarre bio with many absolutely losing it and slamming him for his comments. One angry Twitter user wrote: "He is a narcissistic, racist, misogynistic, delusional muscle head."
While another person said: "I'm going to screenshot this for when my relatives ask me why I'm still single." Meanwhile, another added, "Wow. What a catch! Maybe drop the rules instead of the pants."
"I'm so glad I'm married and don't have to date, because I'd be single forever."
However, Tinder is a scary place to find love and Zoe wasn't the only one in it who had a nightmarish of an experience. In yet another absolutely bizarre event, a woman looking for love online found out that 'The One' she had been chatting up, was in fact, someone she didn't expect to be.
The woman, identified as Alita Brydon, had met the guy on a first date and it all went well. She was hoping there could've been more dates with the guy, however, when she woke up the next day -- she was totally taken by surprise. She received a message saying telling her to 'stay away from my boyfriend'.
Online dating is truly a minefield and you never know what and where you'd end up. So, in case, you have been looking online for love, be cautious of who you are going out with because it's a scary scary place indeed.
