Amber Heard Accuses Johnny Depp Of Submitting Fake Evidence And Lying Under Oath

Heard is challenging the $50 million defamation suit Johnny filed against her and claiming that Depp has been lying all along.

The legal battle between Johnny Depp and ex-wife Amber Heard keeps getting more and more messed up. Recently, Depp filed a huge $50 million defamation case against Amber, accusing her of ruining his reputation and presenting false claims and now Amber is speaking up against it. The Aquaman actress is firing back and claiming that Depp lied to the police several times and has clearly 'perjured' himself while she is the real victim of domestic abuse.

She has submitted all new documents to the court supporting her claims. According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Amber says that Depp has “clearly perjured himself claiming that there was only one 911 call reporting his abuse on the evening of May 21, 2016...Readily obtainable public records of LAPD call logs from that evening show that iO Tillet Wright called 911 at 8:30 PM to report Mr. Depp’s violent and destructive behavior that evening, confirming the eyewitness accounts of how iO heard that Mr. Depp was becoming violent toward Ms. Heard over the phone and then called 911.”

On the other hand, the police logs that Depp submitted earlier, told a different story and the LAPD officers have admitted in court that when they arrived, they saw no sign of domestic abuse or any sort of violence. Depp's legal team has also submitted tons of video evidence, out of which one shows Depp leaving the house around 8 when the call Amber made was at 10 pm. One of them is clearly lying.

Depp has submitted a personal statement to the court stating that he never abused Amber or any other woman ever, and instead, it was his ex-wife who abused and tortured him. “I have denied Ms. Heard’s allegations vehemently since she first made them in May 2016 when she walked into court to obtain a temporary restraining order with painted-on bruises that witnesses and surveillance footage show she did not possess each day of the preceding week. I will continue to deny them for the rest of my life," reads a piece of the statement obtained by People.

“She was the perpetrator, and I was the victim. While mixing prescription amphetamines and non-prescription drugs with alcohol, Ms. Heard committed innumerable acts of domestic violence against me, often in the presence of a third-party witness, which in some instances caused me serious bodily harm," he added. Meanwhile, Amber's lawyer has denied everything Depp has said and stands by his client.

“The evidence in this case is clear: Johnny Depp repeatedly beat Amber Heard. The increasingly desperate attempts by Mr. Depp and his enablers to revive his career by initiating baseless litigation against so many people once close to him — his former lawyers, former managers, and his former spouse — are not fooling anyone," he said in a statement. "In light of the important work done by the #TimesUp movement highlighting the tactics abusers use to continue to traumatize survivors, neither the creative community nor the public will be gaslit by Mr. Depp’s baseless blame-the-victim conspiracy theories.”

While he's saying that, Depp's attorney has claimed Heard took advantage of the #MeToo movement and defamed Depp to build herself a career and seek sympathy.

“Ms. Heard also knew that her elaborate hoax worked: as a result of her false allegations against Mr. Depp, Ms. Heard became a darling of the #MeToo movement, was the first actress named a Human Rights Champion of the United Nations Human Rights Office, was appointed ambassador on women’s rights at the American Civil Liberties Union and was hired by L’Oreal Paris as its global spokesperson," he revealed.

Just to put this out there, Amber's celebrity stylist Samantha McMillen, who has been working with her since 2014, has also testified that when she saw Amber after the alleged domestic assault which 'left her with a black eye and bruises', she was completely fine.

“Throughout the day of December 16, 2015, I could see clearly that Amber Heard did not have any visible marks, bruises, cuts, or injuries to her face or any other part of her body,” McMillen revealed which speaks volumes in itself.
