Depp has filed a defamation case against Heard for $50 million and submitted pictures of his bruises and severed finger.
The Johnny Depp-Amber Heard divorce took a messy turn when Depp recently sued Amber for defamation. The Pirates of the Caribbean star filed a suit against Heard for $50 million and has submitted new shocking evidence which has turned everything around. The 55-year-old actor is claiming that when Amber filed a suit in 2016, it was nothing but an elaborated hoax and instead of him abusing her, Amber Heard, who has a history of domestically assaulting her partner, was the predator in the relationship and hit Johnny on several occasions.
Pictures of Johnny Depp with a big bruise under his eye and a gruesome picture of his severed finger have surfaced which reportedly back the claims made by Depp and the ones who were supporting Heard are now in a shock. According to The Blast, the lawsuit states, “Ms. Heard purported to write from the perspective of ‘a public figure representing domestic abuse’ and claimed that she ‘felt the full force of our culture’s wrath for women who speak out’ when she ‘spoke up against sexual violence.'” The suit also calls Amber a 'perpetrator' and not 'a victim.'
That image of Johnny Depp’s finger isn’t a result of Amber Heard’s abuse. It’s from when he cut off his finger in 2016 after he was high and wrote “EASY AMBER” in blood on the wall after thinking she was cheating on him. For anyone think he’s the “victim”https://t.co/albl7RkisP— Tonya Harding’s Crispy Bangs (@amdeeeeeee) March 12, 2019
After only two years of their marriage, Heard filed for a divorce claiming that Depp is abusive and a wife beater who has hit her multiple times and once 'grabbed her by her hair' and 'threw a phone in her face'. Not just that, she also filed for a restraining order against him which left a huge spot on Johnny's image in the industry. Depp was kicked out of Disney's famous Pirates of the Carribean franchise and many people saw him as a 'wife beater.'

The lawsuit claims further that Amber Heard made everything up to emerge as a victim in the #MeToo era and gain herself some "positive publicity" and "advance her career". It also adds that Amber's claims were never proven and were “conclusively refuted by two separate responding police officers, a litany of neutral third-party witnesses, and 87 newly obtained surveillance camera videos.” The actor, in his lawsuit, also alleges that Amber had an affair with Tesla founder Elon Musk "no later than one month after" she and Depp married in 2015, according to People. Amber would receive "late night" visits from Musk while Depp was out of the country on film shoots.
In the latest report that includes a surveillance video, Amber's sister Whitney Heard can be seen punching her in the face and then all of them, including Amber's best friend Pennington, laughed. “Ms. Heard also knew that her elaborate hoax worked: as a result of her false allegations against Mr. Depp, Ms. Heard became a darling of the #MeToo movement, was the first actress named a Human Rights Champion of the United Nations Human Rights Office, was appointed ambassador on women’s rights at the American Civil Liberties Union and was hired by L’Oreal Paris as its global spokesperson," Depp's attorney said.
The new evidence has gone viral on the internet and people are supporting Depp for not giving up and staying strong. Almost everyone is now backing up Johnny and the hashtag #AmberHeardIsAnAbuser is also trending on various social media platforms. A source told Hollywood Life that Depp is overwhelmed by the support, “Johnny is overwhelmed by all the love and support he’s receiving from fans on Twitter."
“I’ve never been more proud of you Johnny Depp! You handled everything in a way few would have. You didn’t owe anyone anything and yet again you put yourself out there to make sure the truth comes out! You are so strong and inspire us to be so as well," tweeted a fan. Legendary singer and songwriter Alice Cooper has also come forward to support Johnny Depp. “All the stuff you heard last year about Johnny, 99 percent was just bull. I’ve never seen him look better in my life. I’ve never seen him happier. I’ve never heard him play better, and the way the press would have it is he’s a total destruction and ready to die. Totally not true.”
This is not the first time a major celebrity has stepped up for Depp. Earlier, Harry Potter author J. K. Rowling, also spoke on the issue of domestic violence and supported Johnny when she was criticized for casting Depp in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, “Based on our understanding of the circumstances, the filmmakers and I are not only comfortable sticking with our original casting, but genuinely happy to have Johnny playing a major character in the movies.”
Johnny's children, friends and even the women he previously dated have revealed that they can't believe the allegations Heard has made as he is a very 'loving and caring' person. "Johnny Depp is the father of my two children," Paradis, his ex-lover, said in an open letter. "He is a sensitive, loving and loved person, and I believe with all my heart that these recent allegations being made are outrageous. In all the years I have known Johnny, he has never been physically abusive with me and this looks nothing like the man I live with for 14 wonderful years." Whose side are you on?
This is what #AmberHeard did to #JohnnyDepp. She's the monster who abused her husband and her previous partner, who was arrested for domestic violence, who confessed under oath to a series of violent attacks on Johnny Depp. Stop defending and glorifying this female abuser! pic.twitter.com/Yy6UaB4Y9G— Cinemapatti (@cinemapatti) March 12, 2019
