These anti-LEGO slippers with extra insole padding are a limited edition with only 1,500 being produced and distributed at random to people who fill out their Christmas wishlist on the LEGO toys' French website.
Who hasn't stepped on pieces of LEGO bricks left by an errant child who forgot to put them away, and winced and cursed in pain? But now we can all rejoice, for LEGO in partnership with a French advertising agency Brand Station, has invented anti-LEGO slippers to save us from the self-inflicted torture! Hallelujah!
As per the French blog Piwee, Brand Station is producing a limited edition of these slippers. Only 1,500 will be available and will be distributed at random to people who fill out their Christmas wishlist on the LEGO toys' French website reports Huffington Post. The slipper, which comes with extra insole padding, is every parent's dream come true.
Bravo Station also made a video to showcase how these slippers were made, and boy do they look thick and plush. According to CNET, these bright red and yellow padded slippers with their logo embossed on them is an open back slipper that is interchangeable between your right and left feet, which helps if you're in a hurry or stumbling about in the dark. It's practical and funky to look at, and most importantly prevents you from the searing pain that you've been subjected to on more than one occasion. So, really, what's not to love about them?
So, parents, you can boldly go where no one has gone before, and step on the biggest LEGO pieces, and you can be rest assured that your feet will be safe and well protected from this tiny yet power-packed torturous device. Or better yet be inspired to come up with their very own safe slippers given that these anti-LEGO slippers are just a limited collection.
