Halloween is about to take a chill pill with a new range of skeleton figurines that are now being offered by Michaels. These skeletons can teach you a thing or two about yoga.
As much as I love Halloween and eagerly awaiting the passage of these next two months in order to get my spook on, I've got to admit I'm slightly dreading the decoration part.
The pressure to have the scariest looking house in the neighborhood is quite substantial and it really doesn't help that my annoying neighbor was born with a competitive gene. Which is why, this time, I've been considering the idea of taking it down a notch and just having laid back holiday. You know, a little bit of "live in the moment" kind of thing.
And I've found just the thing to make my 2019 Halloween more "chill" than "bone-chilling." Ladies, gentlemen, ghouls, and demons, allow me to introduce you to a new set of hilarious Halloween decorations that have made their way to Michaels.
Bidding goodbye to the outdated conception that Halloween decor has to absolutely be spooky, the craft store has stocked on some super chill figurines that'll give you some serious flexibility complex. I have 2 words for you: yoga skeletons.
According to a report by PEOPLE, this unique collection of accent pieces is from Ashland home decor. The yoga skeletons set features creepy, boney skeletons showing off their yoga skills by twisting themselves into a variety of yoga poses. From the tree pose to king pigeon pose, you could learn a thing or two about yoga while upgrading your Halloween decor game at the same time. Check out this one just meditating away in that cross-legged pose. Goals, y'all. Actual goals!
The yoga skeletons cost between $12 and $25 based on the size you choose. There are a total of 5 different poses and a variety of sizes listed in the Michael website and if you hurry, you can be the proud owner of a 5.75" Meditating Yoga Skeleton or a 5.75" Yoga Posing Skeleton Tabletop Accent for just $6.
While they definitely fit in perfectly with the whole Halloween theme, these fun figures could easily transition into a quirky desk accessory or maybe even as a unique gift for your yoga instructor.
Unfortunately, these yogi skeletons aren't available for shipping online. They can, however, be found at Michael stores nationwide, so you might as well make a trip to your nearest one.
Also, make sure you contact your local shop to make sure these are in stock before heading out there, as given just how cool these are, they're bound to sell out like hotcakes. Hurry!
