People Really Want A Reality Show About Flat Earthers Finding The Edge Of The Earth

Someone even asked if Joe Rogan would be interested in hosting the reality show.

While most of us have been taught in school that the Earth is spherical (oblate spheroid to be more precise), there are many members of the Flat Earth Society who claim the Earth is flat. And we are not talking about a few people, there are thousands of people who believe this conspiracy theory, in fact, there's almost a cult following. We've all been guilty of at least being curious about some conspiracy theories -- be it whether we are all living in a simulation or even aliens being kept in Area 51. No one knows what the truth is and many of these conspiracy theories have been around for quite a while now.

But here, we are talking about flat-earthers who think NASA is on a mission to keep us in the dark about the shape of the Earth. Many social media users are even demanding if there can be a reality show centering around flat-earthers as they set off to search the edge of the world, reported Powerful Mind

'Flat-Earthers' believe that all the spectacular images of Earth taken from space are morphed with NASA working behind them. Most of them say that since we walk around on the planet's surface, it looks and feels flat, hence it can't be spherical or how the satellite photos are shown. While there are many others who think that it is impossible to reach 'the edge' because of an ice wall - like how it is in Game of Thrones.

Apart from this, the flat-earthers also believe that gravity is made up and a part of a wider conspiracy to lead us away from the actual truth. Hence, looking at all these beliefs, many people on social media are demanding a reality show. One user said: "someone else once said a brilliant idea is to take flat earthers, tell them first one to the edge of the world gets 1,000,000 dollars, and film it all for a reality show/documentary. I would watch every second."

Meanwhile, another person even asked if Joe Rogan would be interested: "@joerogan why aren't you hosting a reality show that features flat earther's trying to find the edge of the earth yet?"A third added: "Let’s make a reality show for anyone who wants to participate - $1,000,000 to the first flat-earther who finds the edge of world......and $1000 to the man who kicks the winner off the edge."

In 2017, the first FlatEarth International Conference (FEIC) was held in North Carolina with 500 people in attendance. The conference had many speakers discussing topics like "NASA and Other Space Lies," "Flat Earth with the Scientific Method," "Waking Up to Mainstream Science Lies" and "Testing the Globe," reports LiveScience. There have been many more conferences after that.
