Woman Claims To Have Slept With 20 Ghosts And She's Now Even Engaged To One

30-year-old woman Amethyst Realm met her ghostly lover during a work trip in Australia.

Let's face it, dating and finding the one you want to spend the rest of your life with can be daunting. But one woman seems to have upped her game. 30-year-old Amethyst Realm, a spiritual counselor, has found her soulmate who happens to be a ghost. Yes, you read that right. Realm from Britain confirmed that she is engaged to a ghost, reports New York Post. But this isn't her first. She's claimed to have slept with 20 ghosts before settling down with the love of her life. Her news of engagement comes almost a year after she told ITV This Morning that she cheated on her human fiancé with a ghost.

Realm revealed that her ghost fiancé proposed to her during a trip to celebrate their nine-month relationship at England’s Wookey Hole caves, according to The Sun. She said, "There was no going down on one knee — he doesn’t have knees. But for the first time, I heard him speak. I could actually hear his voice and it was beautiful. Deep, sexy, and real." She apparently met him (he doesn't have a name) during a work trip to Australia. Realm added, "I’d not had a phantom fling for a while and as I was away on business, starting a new relationship was the last thing on my mind. Then one day, while I was walking through the bush, enjoying nature, I suddenly felt this incredible energy. A new lover had arrived.”

Surprisingly enough, her friends and family have accepted her ghostly engagement and she plans on getting married in a pagan ceremony. Realm said, "We haven’t discussed the details yet but I think it will be quite a big do." On her way back to UK, she confessed that she was heartbroken at having to leave her love behind because "From experience, I knew spirits tend to stay in one place." But she was surprised when she felt him next to her on the plane. They consummated their relationship on the flight back home. She said, "I was happy and excited — so excited that we had to do something about it. So we headed to the plane loo and, well, I am now a member of the Mile High Club.”

According to Gloucestershire Live, Realm said that she isn't sure if he is a phantom man.  Based on her previous experiences, she's found her beau's energy to be more feminine. "I’m not 100 percent sure this lover is male. But if you’re making love to a spirit, gender doesn’t really come into it. And we don’t actually use names at all when we communicate." She added, "Ghost lovers tend to be more sensual and adept than the average bloke. There’s always more of a connection because the sex goes beyond physical. It’s like any other kind of sex. The main difference is I just can’t see them. I feel them though, their weight against me, their touch, the warmth and energy that just sinks into me. Sometimes I get the feeling that I’m being moved. Orgasms I have with my spirit lovers have been way more satisfying than any I’ve had with ordinary men."

Netizens had quite a lot to say about her unusual soulmate. One person wrote, Seems like a pretty extreme way to deal with family asking why you're still single at Thanksgiving day. Another one tweeted, Damn, the fiance she left for the ghost must be feeling some sort of way. A third one quipped, I can honestly say it beats staying home alone on a Saturday night.
